Job descriptionBasic : £14.75 per hour Handballing Timber, lifting and laying. No heavy lifting involved Operate and drive various Class 2 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to and from delivery locations Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly Adhere to traffic laws and regulations Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management Assist with loaded and unloading of cargo as needed Hold a valid UK Category C Licence Have a minimum of twelve months experience driving Category C vehicles No more than six penalty points for minor infringements and no major endorsement codes Have a valid UK CPC Card and UK Digi Card Must be able to speak and read a good level of English Punctuality and excellent time keeping skills Have a good understanding of traffic laws and regulations Experience driving any commercial vehicles Previous experience of multi drop deliveries Industry related training and ongoing support throughout If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply today by clicking the link below
