About the Team Hiring

Finance Team, UK

This team manages financial transactions, ensures compliance with group policies and regulations, maintains low DSO, and supports business decision-making through KPI analysis and reporting.

Overview

Role Purpose : Assist the Finance Manager in the smooth operation of the department, completing tasks efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ownership of Business Extract Reconciliation (Topline) : weekly review, reclassification journals, monthly reconciliations, updating trackers, month-end support, and commission calculations.
  • Support P&L analysis and reporting : review, reclassify costs, variance analysis, accruals, prepayments, and month-end reporting.
  • Support AP function : ensure costs are posted, monitor aging, reconcile, and review.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
  • Support team members and contribute to system and process improvements.
  • Prepare documentation for external audits.
  • Responsibilities
