What you'll do

Be a natural leader, developing, nurturing and inspiring your team in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles.

Confidently create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work.

Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store’s KPIs.

Optimise processes and solving problems to keep your store running smoothly and your team focused.

Ensure excellent Customer Service is provided to everyone who shops with us.

What you'll need

Experience leading and developing a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills.

Pride in offering support to your customers and team.

Strong communication skills for challenging conversations.

Confidence to monitor and improve your store’s KPIs.
