Blue Legal has partnered with a leading financial consultancy firm in London to recruit a Bids Artworker to join their team on a Part-Time, 9-Month FTC . This role is ideal for a skilled graphic designer with experience in designing bids, pitches, and tender processes within professional services sectors.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver high-quality design for bids and presentations, adhering to brand guidelines and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with bid and design leads to ensure visuals support win strategies and key messaging.
  • Create compelling, client-focused pitch materials in partnership with subject matter experts.
  • Transform complex information into clear, engaging graphics and visual assets.
  • Maintain and develop a library of reusable design elements, icons, and imagery.
  • Support broader business development efforts with ad hoc presentation and marketing design.

Candidate Profile :

  • Experienced designer with a background in B2B or professional services, including bid / tender work.
  • Proven success in delivering designs that contribute to business wins.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office.
  • Capable of creating impactful, brand-aligned visuals for sales and marketing.
  • Strong collaborator, able to contribute to design workshops and team projects.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
