I'm working with an alternative education provider offering small classes and big impact . They're on the lookout for a passionate Teacher to join their team full-time and help re-engage students who need a second chance at success.

Location : Northampton

Hours : Full Time, Permanent

Salary : £30,000 - £44,000

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver creative, engaging lessons to classes of just 7-10 students

Inspire learners who may have struggled in mainstream education to love learning again

Build strong, trusting relationships that help transform attitudes and outcomes

Use positive behaviour strategies to create a safe, supportive classroom

Work closely with colleagues, families and support staff to champion every learner

What We're Looking For :

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification

Experience teaching KS3 or KS4 in any subject area

A genuine passion for working with young people who need extra support

Resilience, empathy, and the creativity to adapt to individual needs

Strong teamwork and communication skills
