Job Description : What you'll do
- Ensure all crews are de-briefed fully at the end of day, ensuring all issues are dealt with.
- Ensure that JDE is updated accurately and all deliveries have been processed.
- Update customer delivery details with the correct information when required.
- Deal with incoming phone calls regarding delivery issues.
- Provide support to the Transport Controllers to assist with the day-to-day delivery of goods.
- Handle ad-hoc collection and courier requests, keeping the courier tracker up to date.
- Assist with controlling the fleet on the road and address any breakdown issues.
- Ensure drivers, both full-time and agency, download their driver digi-cards and vehicle data.
- Maintain records for PPE to ensure they are up to date.
- Take notes for meetings.
- Perform any other duties as reasonably requested.
