Peridot Search is proud to be partnering with a leading international consumer business to appoint a commercially minded and technically strong Group Tax Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the global tax function in a fast-paced, high-growth company known for innovation and bold thinking.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Group CFO, you’ll lead the tax agenda across a complex, international structure. From compliance and reporting to strategic planning and risk management, you’ll play a key role in shaping a tax function fit for scale.

Key Responsibilities

Lead global corporate tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings
Manage UK tax returns in-house; coordinate international submissions via local advisors
Support tax provisioning and disclosures as part of the Group’s financial reporting
Maintain and evolve the Group’s Transfer Pricing policy
Advise on VAT and indirect taxes; manage tax risks and support audits
Drive improvements to the Group’s tax structure in line with strategic growth

About You

Professionally qualified (e.g. CTA, ACA, ATT) with strong technical tax expertise

Experience in a fast-moving, international environment (consumer or retail exposure is a plus)

A hands-on, proactive approach with strong commercial awareness

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence across the business
