As a Customer Service Returns Advisor, you will be greeting customers as they return their rental car back to Edinburgh Airport.
You will be responsible in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting the customer in expediting the conclusion of their vehicle rental experience and making them feel valued.
In the role you will secure vehicle keys from the customer upon return and confirm necessary documentation and checks are performed as needed. Another part of the role is to ensure the car is ready for the next customer by inspecting and recording for new damages and checking petrol levels and mileage.
Shift Pattern : 12 hour shift pattern so you ONLY work TWO days the second week : 5 days first week and then only two days second week
Working Hours : 4am-4pm & 10am-10pm
