Location : Stock, Essex (with site visits)

Salary : From £55,000 (DOE) + Bonuses

Hours : Full-time, Mon–Fri, 08 : 00–17 : 00

Start : ASAP | 📄 Contract : Permanent

What You’ll Do

  • Build and inspire a team of apprentices and electricians.
  • Lead projects from enquiry and design through to installation and maintenance.
  • Drive business planning, sales forecasting, and target achievement.
  • Mentor, audit, and support your team—helping them (and you) develop.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to position WFP for success.
  • Ensure compliance with NICEIC and industry standards
  • Seek out new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service.

    • What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years’ electrical experience (installations, EICRs, maintenance, etc.).
  • Leadership and management skills—ready to train and inspire others.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record in sales or business growth.
  • Approved Electrician status, 18th Edition, C&G 2391 (or equivalent).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Experience with end users in the commercial sector and / or contractors.

    • Bonus points for :

    EV charging installation experience, NICEIC Qualified Supervisor status, JIB Gold Card, first aid, CAD skills, or a flair for marketing.
