To be considered, applicants must be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and possess a strong knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.

The criteria include :

  • A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus at least one year of relevant work experience.
  • A RICS approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree, plus at least two years of relevant experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant experience.

    We also welcome applications from candidates who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation.
