Civils Project Manager Location : Cambridge and Peterborough Salary : Up to £75,000 + Car / Allowance + Benefits Type : Permanent   We're working with a well-established civil engineering contractor on the lookout for a talented Project Manager to oversee schemes across the Eastern region, covering Cambridge and Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager with a background in highways and infrastructure to take charge of impactful civil engineering projects. The role is suited to a forward-thinking Project Manager who thrives on responsibility and enjoys managing people, programmes, and performance. You'll be instrumental in ensuring safe, timely and cost-effective delivery of complex schemes. What you'll be doing :

• Acting as lead Project Manager on-site, driving progress across infrastructure and highways works
• Leading site teams, operatives and subcontractors to deliver schemes safely and to programme
• Preparing and implementing project documentation - including method statements, risk assessments and management plans
• Monitoring contract performance against programme and budget, and reporting regularly to senior management
• Coordinating with clients, consultants and stakeholders to ensure the Project Manager's vision is clearly communicated and delivered
