We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Collection Planner to join our logistics and operations team. This role involves planning and coordinating customer collections, ensuring consignments are tracked and updated accurately, and delivering excellent service through clear communication and efficient administration.

- Occasional Saturdays (Overtime Pay)

Key Responsibilities :
Plan and coordinate daily collections to ensure timely and efficient serviceMonitor and update consignment statuses throughout the delivery cycleRespond to customer queries via phone and email, providing accurate updates and resolutionsPrepare and issue collection quotes as requiredPerform general administrative and office tasks to support the operations teamLiaise with drivers, depots, and external contacts to ensure smooth logistics operationsMaintain accurate records and documentation in line with company proceduresRequirements :
Previous experience in logistics, planning, or customer service roles preferredStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalConfident using email, spreadsheets, and logistics software (training can be provided)Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work occasional Saturdays and cover Christmas shifts on a rota basis
