Job Title : MIG / TIG Welder Location : Coventry Pay : £14.90 per hour Hours : Monday to Friday, 7 : 30am – 5 : 00pm Job Type : Full-time, temp to perm Overview : We are looking for a skilled MIG / TIG Welder to join one of our clients in Coventry, working on the fabrication of aluminium and UPVC window tooling, bespoke OEM machinery, and other custom projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in both MIG and TIG welding and be confident working from technical drawings. Key Duties : Perform MIG welding (mild steel) and TIG welding (aluminium and stainless steel) Interpret and work from engineering drawings Support fabrication and assembly of company products Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace Carry out quality checks and ensure compliance with ISO9001 & ISO45001 standards Assist with equipment maintenance and process improvements Requirements : Proven MIG and TIG welding experience (essential) Ability to read and understand technical drawings General fabrication skills CNC machining knowledge (Siemens / Fanuc) desirable but not essential Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach Benefits : Competitive hourly rate of £14.90 Stable, full-time hours Opportunity to work on a variety of custom projects Supportive team environment Continuous improvement culture Apply now by sending your CV to (url removed) or call the office on (phone number removed)...
