Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description

A a global leader in business aviation , known for designing, manufacturing, and supporting a range of high-performance private jets.

The ideal candidate will perform source inspections at supplier sites, lead quality reviews, and implement corrective actions for recurring issues. They will evaluate supplier performance, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, and provide progress updates to management. This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the flexibility to travel locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct Supplier Audits - Visit supplier sites to assess quality systems, processes, and compliance with aerospace standards.
• Evaluate Supplier Performance - Monitor and report on supplier quality metrics, including defect rates and delivery performance.
• Lead Corrective Actions - Identify quality issues, request corrective actions, and verify their implementation to prevent recurrence.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) - Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure suppliers are ready for new programs and meet technical requirements.
