You’ll operate fully remotely, with the freedom to build your desk while being backed by a client that truly understands the nuances of the market.

What You Need

• 2+ years’ experience recruiting in the quant trading or financial markets (must-have)
• Strong market knowledge and network in quant, HFT, trading, or hedge fund recruitment
• Proven success placing mid-senior to executive-level candidates
• Self-driven, accountable, and delivery-focused
• Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a team environment
