About the Role :

Our client is looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Graduate Project Manager to join their team. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for someone eager to build their project management skills and advance their career within the pharmaceutical industry. You’ll lead a variety of projects with full training and support provided. In addition to your core project management responsibilities, you'll support operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation through to successful completion
• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans, including critical paths and timelines
• Coordinate and communicate tasks across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment
• Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Manage project documentation, including reports, schedules, and deliverables
• Liaise with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure project requirements are met
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes to keep projects on track
