Junior Sous Chef – Private Members’ Club in Mayfair Salary : £42,000 + minimum

- Salary : £42,000 + £1,000 in tips minimum
- Hours : 7 : 30am – 3 : 50pm, Tuesday to Saturday

This is a rare opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to step into a daytime role with a fantastic work-life balance – no evenings, Sundays or Mondays – while still working with premium ingredients and delivering elevated brasserie-style cuisine.

Support the senior team across breakfast, staff meals, and classic brasserie-style serviceMaintain a calm and organised kitchen environmentHelp lead a small, dedicated team during busy service periodsUphold the highest standards of cleanliness, prep, and presentationAbout You :
