Construction Manager. Permanent position for a Residential builder / developer working in S / E London & N / W Kent. Projects to £50m. Private and HA build. £75-80k neg. + car allowance, fuel, 15% bonus, 25 days holiday.

Construction Manager. Working with the Construction Director and taking on day-to-day responsibility for 2-3 live residential sites. The role will suit someone who is keen to develop and progress their career.

The Company is an established Builder / Developer trading for over 30 years. Developments include private housing schemes and projects with Housing Associations. The sites are often a mix of houses and apartments. The apartment buildings range from 3-4 floors to taller schemes of 12 floors plus.
