We are recruiting for a Graphic Designer to join their creative team, helping to drive visual storytelling across both digital and physical platforms.

The business has built its reputation on in-house design, confident brand expression, and a strong identity in the fashion space. As Graphic Designer, you'll bring original ideas, creative direction, and executional skill to every campaign, collaborating with marketing, product, and social media teams to shape the customer journey.

This Graphic Designer role is a full-time, office-based position offering unlimited holidays, working as part of a close-knit and high-performing head office team.

Key Responsibilities of the Graphic Designer

Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns across web, social, email, outdoor media, and in-store.

Use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to create digital and print-ready materials.

Manage relationships with printers and ad agencies to ensure brand consistency and delivery accuracy.

Collaborate on image retouching and moving content for online and offline use.

Support the social media and marketing teams in creating engaging, brand-led content.

Keep the brand's visual identity aligned across all touchpoints, maintaining high-quality creative output.

Stay aware of market trends and competitor activity to keep the brand forward-thinking.

Communicate ideas effectively and contribute to creative discussions with confidence.

What We're Looking For in a Graphic Designer

Strong experience in a commercial graphic design role, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or retail.

Excellent proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

Ability to create compelling visual content across still and moving formats.

Confidence to work both independently and collaboratively within a design-led environment.

A proactive approach to idea generation and visual storytelling.

Experience working with physical print formats and managing third-party suppliers.
