We are looking for a passionate and skilled culinary professional to join our talented team of relief chefs and contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation and presentation of dishes meet our high standards.
• Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, such as pastry, grill, or sauces, and manage all aspects of that area.
• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our seasonal menu, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing your culinary knowledge and techniques to enhance their skills.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and contribute innovative ideas for seasonal dishes.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stock control for your section.
