Salary : £20-£35 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Are you passionate about education and supporting young people who face barriers to learning? We are seeking a committed and empathetic 1 : 1 Outreach Tutor to work with students in the Cullompton area who are currently outside of mainstream education.

About the Role :

This is a rewarding opportunity to provide personalised, one-to-one tuition to learners in their homes or community settings. You will help students re-engage with education, build confidence, and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver tailored lessons in core subjects (English, Maths, Science)
• Support students with SEND, SEMH, or those at risk of exclusion
• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
• Liaise with schools, parents / carers, and local authorities
• Track and report on student progress
