About the Role
At Howden, we’re redefining the way we attract and hire talent. As anAssociate Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts across Group Functions and Enterprise Divisions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who is eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll work closely with our experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partners to help deliver a seamless and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers. From sourcing top talent to coordinating interviews and maintaining our systems, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to build a diverse and high-performing workforce.
