• Ensuring client debts are collected within customer payment terms
• Maximising cash collection and minimising debts
• Collecting overdue debt
• Dealing with queries and communicating with relevant parties to resolve
• Posting and allocating customer cash received
• Processing sales ledger invoices and uploading to customer portals
• Maintaining the customer base
• Cash forecasting
