We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Senior Business Analyst to join our group Transformation and Change team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will take ownership of delivering the full range of BA artefacts across the end-to-end change lifecycle.

With the opportunity to work across the whole of the Royal London business, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success. Your good understanding of the industry and strong analytical skills will enable you to provide high-quality deliverables that support projects to be delivered on time and within budget.

About the role

  • Analysis of large and / or complex change initiatives.
  • Elicit, challenge, and document requirements from stakeholders to identify and address business challenges on both waterfall and agile projects.
  • Facilitate workshops with a wide range of stakeholders to understand current and future state, documenting process maps accordingly.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team, managing one or more projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proposed solutions meet the requirements.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing.

About you

  • Experienced Business Analyst with previous experience in a BA role.
  • Experience in one or more of the following disciplines : Marketing, Commercial, Life & Pensions, Data Solutions, Investments.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using a variety of business analysis techniques, tools, and standards.
  • Proficient interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to establish and maintain relationships.
  • Ability to manage own workload and support colleagues.
