Location : Wokingham

Salary : Up to £42,000 per annum

Hours : 40 hours per week

Type : Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting for a small residential care home in Wokingham with a Good CQC rating . We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive and homely environment.

As the Registered Manager, you will :

Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding care.

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and maintain our Good rating.

Oversee the development and review of individual care plans.

Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals.

Promote the home within the local community and maintain healthy occupancy levels.

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Registered Care Home Manager in a residential care setting.

Health and Social Care Level 5 qualification.

Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and financial management skills.

Passion for providing exceptional care to older adults.
