Overview :

We are a rapidly growing private investment firm focused on strategic investments and long-term value creation, currently expanding our global presence. We're seeking a talented Investor Relations Manager / Director based in London, the UK, or Europe. The selected candidate will be invited for a 1-week trial in New York, with all travel and accommodation expenses fully covered by the company.

Key Responsibilities :

Increase the credibility and client awareness of CSI and its related companies through roadshows, seminars, PR campaigns, marketing collateral, and published content.
Conduct market research, analysis, and customer surveys to assess demand, evaluate brand positioning, and refine strategic direction before, during, and after product or service launches.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance the competitiveness of CSI’s offerings.
Lead the design and implementation of new investment products and services across various sales channels, ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Initiate and promote cross-selling opportunities within CSI and its affiliated companies.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors through regular communication and engagement.
Coordinate investor meetings, events, calls, and presentations, including the preparation of related materials.
Participate in capital-raising initiatives such as pitch meetings, roadshows, and investor conferences to expand the investor base.
Maintain and manage an accurate and accessible investor / client database for use by the Board and management.
Supervise the preparation and timely submission of monthly analysis and performance reports to senior leadership.
Lead, manage, and secure investment deals aligned with CSI’s growth objectives.
Undertake any assignments required by the Board of Directors and Management.

Requirements :

Based in the UK or Europe (with preference for candidates in or near London).

Proven experience in investor relations, investment management, fundraising, or related roles at a Manager or Director level.

Strong communication, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.

Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable working independently and across time zones.

Willingness to travel internationally, including an initial 1-week trial in New York.
