Our client, a leading real estate consultancy renowned for their technical excellence in rural estate management and professional rural advice, is seeking a competent and experienced MRICS qualified Rural Associate to join their team in Cirencester. This is an outstanding opportunity to become a key member of their Rural Land Management and Consultancy team, working with an impressive client base and advising on some of the most prestigious estates in the area.

Position Overview

As a Rural Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering a blend of estate management and professional services, contributing to the team's success in providing exceptional service to their clients across a range of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake estate and farming business reviews
  • Handle diversification projects and assist with strategic land promotion
  • Conduct secured lending and professional valuations
  • Manage and lead a high-performing team
  • Maintain and expand a strong client base

Requirements

  • MRICS qualified rural surveyor with relevant experience
  • Demonstrated team leadership potential and client relationship skills
  • Composed manner and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Confident, flexible, and discreet approach to work
