The Role

Fully remote, you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere (think Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, or even Portugal or Spain with occasional client visits in the UK). This is your chance to place elite finance talent into game-changing roles across charities, education, government, and social housing. With 70% of jobs handed to you by the BD team, you’ll focus on smashing candidate placements.

  • Place top-tier candidates in roles with fees of £15k–£30k and limitless earning potential.

About You

You’re a recruitment rockstar who lives for impact and thrives on freedom. You’ve got :

  • 4+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally in not-for-profit or finance sectors.
  • Finance and Accountancy recruitment experience is key
  • Public sector client experience
  • The drive to dominate a niche from anywhere
  • A work-hard, positive-attitude mindset, ready to soak up knowledge like a sponge.
