Handyman – Immediate Start – Piccadilly, London

• Duration : 1 day (may extend to 2 days)
• Hours : 8 : 00am to 6 : 00pm
• Paid Hours : 9.5 hours per day
• Rate : £22 per hour (CIS) We are currently seeking an experienced Handyman for immediate work in Piccadilly, London. This is to support essential repair works following a recent flood incident at one of the offices on site. The role is expected to last for a day but may extend to two days depending on progress. Job Duties :
• Carry out general repair works and maintenance as instructed by the site manager
• Assess and resolve minor damages caused by the flood
• Use own tools to complete required tasks efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times Job Requirements :
• Proven experience working as a Handyman on construction or office refurbishment sites
• Valid CSCS card (Blue skilled worker card preferred)
• Must have own tools suitable for general repair works
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
