Job Description :

As a 1 : 1 Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing dedicated support to a specific student with unique learning requirements. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the classroom teacher and other professionals to implement a personalized learning plan tailored to the student's needs.

Responsibilities include :

• Providing one-to-one support to a student with learning needs.
• Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans.
• Collaborating with teachers, Special Education Coordinators, and other professionals.
• Fostering a positive relationship with the student to promote well-being and engagement.
• Monitoring and tracking the student's progress and providing feedback.
• Working with other professionals to ensure holistic support.
