Join Our Client as a Marketing Assistant

Location : Livingston, Scotland

Full-time | Office-based

Salary : £28-£30k (DOE)

Contract Type : Temp with a view to go permanent

Are you a creative, driven marketer ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced, manufacturing company? Our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic team. For over 30 years, they have been a leader in their field and are now seeking the right person to help shape their future.

The Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll be a key player in driving brand awareness and supporting sales growth across the UK and beyond. You'll create compelling content, manage digital campaigns, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to bring their products to life.

What You'll Do

  • Design engaging digital assets and campaign visuals
  • Develop and execute social media strategies (LinkedIn & Instagram)
  • Plan and optimise LinkedIn ad campaigns
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns (HubSpot)
  • Capture and edit product photos and videos
  • Write SEO-friendly blogs, ads, and press releases
  • Support exhibitions, trade shows, and external publications
  • Collaborate with sales to align marketing with commercial goals

What You Bring

  • Experience in content creation, SEO, and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, HubSpot, Canva, Adobe Suite)
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail
