The Role

The supervisor acts as our brand ambassador, overseeing store operations, motivating sales staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will share product knowledge, run coaching sessions, and ensure smooth daily operations. Setting personal KPIs and sales targets is also part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily team briefs, share KPIs, and motivate the team to exceed them
  • Perform store walks to assess visual merchandising and commerciality
  • Monitor and analyze sales figures
  • Handle escalated customer complaints

Personal Sales

  • Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing exemplary service and personalized approaches
  • Store Operations

  • Act as key holder, managing store opening and closing procedures
  • Handle cashing-up and till reconciliation
  • Assist with recruitment, investigations, and disciplinary procedures
  • Manage product and POS deliveries, and store stock
  • Operate tills and handle financial transactions, including returns and exchanges
  • Maintain store security and safety protocols
