Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD) Whalley Range, Manchester – M16 8HW Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm | On-call : 1 weekend per month Are you a passionate and experienced leader ready to take the reins of a well-established 4-bed EBD children’s home? We’re looking for a strong and resilient Registered Manager to drive standards, build a united team, and deliver high-quality care and outcomes for the young people in our care. Our home, located in Whalley Range, Manchester, currently supports two young people and requires a confident, capable leader to create a positive and structured environment. Key Responsibilities : Lead, develop and motivate a staff team within a challenging but rewarding environment Ensure full compliance with Ofsted regulations and drive outstanding standards of care Support the emotional, behavioural, and social development of young people with EBD Strengthen team culture and rebuild cohesion within a currently divided staff team Requirements : Experience managing an Ofsted-regulated EBD residential home (3+ beds or dual registration preferred) Consideration for experienced Deputy Managers with a stable track record (not candidates who’ve frequently changed roles) Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or over 50% completed) Full UK driving licence essential Proven ability in team building and strong leadership skills What’s in It for You?
