Candidate Profile
- Experience in event management, preferably in the charity sector
- Strong numeracy skills with budget management experience
- Good organizational skills; proficient in Word, Excel, and databases
- Leadership experience, capable of developing team skills and confidence
- Creative, innovative, and committed to supporting young people with mental health challenges
- Excellent people skills, flexibility, and ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently
