Your Role :

As  Deputy General Manager , you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead the team and run the day-to-day operation of the pub. You’ll be responsible for :

Inspiring and leading a motivated front-of-house team

Ensuring exceptional guest experiences, every time

Supporting in all areas : People, Sales, Operations, and Profit

Driving standards through training, coaching, and development

Overseeing budgets, stock control, and labour forecasting

Maintaining compliance across health & safety and audits

Who are we looking for?

You’ll be a passionate leader with a hospitality heart and business head :

Proven experience in a similar management role

Hospitality background, ideally with premium pubs or restaurants

Strong leadership and team development skills

Commercially savvy – able to analyse and act on business performance

Hands-on, calm under pressure, and obsessed with great guest service

Right to work in the UK is essential
