Pay Rate : £90–£120per day (PAYE or Umbrella)

About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside teachers to support learning and behaviour in the classroom. You’ll work with individuals and small groups — including pupils with additional needs — helping to make lessons inclusive, engaging, and effective.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Supporting teachers in the delivery of lessons across the curriculum
• Working 1 : 1 or in small groups with children who need extra support
• Assisting with classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Encouraging pupil progress and confidence
• Acting as a positive role model at all times
