What You’ll Do :

Promote Aurionpro’s AI based digital lending and loan origination solutions to banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and other financial institutions

Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery to demos, proposals, and deal closure

Identify client pain points in lending workflows and position our platform as the ideal solution

Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to deliver customized solutions

Build relationships with CXOs, Heads of Lending, and Digital Transformation leaders

Maintain a robust sales pipeline and contribute to strategic revenue targets

Stay up to date on lending tech trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities

What You Bring :

8-12 years of B2B enterprise software or fintech sales experience

Solid understanding of lending ecosystems (retail, SME, corporate, or digital lending)

Experience selling into banks, NBFCs, or digital lenders in Europe

Strong consultative selling and solution positioning skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and virtual selling platforms

Nice to Have :

Familiarity with digital loan origination systems (LOS), credit underwriting workflows, or digital onboarding

Experience working with BFSI clients in transformation or core modernization projects

Understanding of compliance, risk, and automation in lending environments
