GI Group are now seeking to appoint a Digital Lecturer to our client based in Worksop. The Digital Lecturer will equip students with skills for their future through the delivery of outstanding education and training. This is an excellent opportunity for a digital expert to join the teaching profession in an OFSTED rated 'Good' college or for an existing Lecturer to take up a new challenge.

My client is looking for a candidate with a specialism in computer programming, although the qualifications they deliver are across the spectrum of computing.

Main Duties of the Digital Lecturer :

• Deliver teaching and assessment in Digital specialisms up to HE
• Ensure that each student progresses and succeeds within their chosen course
• Undertake necessary administrative tasks associated with your role, including learner registration, attendance, record keeping, tracking, and reporting, as well as liaison with parents and guardians.
• Provide pre and on-course guidance, including conducting learner interviews
• Take overall responsibility for the academic and pastoral care of a group or groups, which will include the arrangement of support requirements for students
