A market-leading provider of digital signage and AV mounting solutions is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join its high-performing Professional Division.
This is a great opportunity to work with innovative, industry-leading products and take ownership of key reseller accounts across the North, Scotland, and Ireland. If you thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven sales environment, this could be a great next step.
The Role :
You'll be responsible for driving sales through a network of reseller and distribution partners. You’ll also represent the business at major industry events and trade shows—both in the UK and internationally.
We 're looking for someone confident and commercially minded who enjoys developing strong partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and grow relationships with key resellers, distributors, and integrators
Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
Deliver product training and support to partners
Keep up to date with industry trends, products, and competitor activity
Identify new routes to market and drive long-term growth
Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights to management
What You’ll Need :
Proven track record in sales—ideally in the AV or IT sector
Experience working with resellers, integrators, and distribution partners
Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
Strong relationship builder with a proactive approach
Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary
Full UK driving licence and happy to travel as needed
Nice to Have :
AV / IT industry experience
Understanding of digital signage, mounting solutions, or related tech
CRM proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills
