A leading global motor vehicle manufacturer is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel for a 3-month, 40hr / week, fully remote engagement focused on providing comprehensive legal support across a range of commercial and corporate law matters within the European Market.
The position involves advising on co-operation agreements (particularly for vehicles and parts), transactional and restructuring projects, multi-jurisdictional European corporate governance, real estate contracts, and international transactions. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in these areas, coupled with strong business understanding, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
This role is targeted at legal professionals with at least 5-7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably gained within an in-house corporate law department specializing in commercial and corporate law.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Providing dedicated legal support for various co-operation agreements, specifically concerning vehicles and vehicle parts.
- Advising the company on significant transactions and restructuring projects, which includes drafting and skillfully negotiating the relevant contracts.
- Coordinating corporate law matters across other European countries, particularly concerning shareholder resolutions, often with the support of external local lawyers.
- Supporting our real estate department by meticulously reviewing and negotiating contracts (such as rental agreements and property purchase agreements), as well as providing legal input in day-to-day real estate business.
- Operating as part of an international transaction team and actively working on cross-border transactions.
