Role Overview : As a proactive and collaborative Team Leader, you will guide and support our operational team, ensuring alignment with project goals and operational targets. You will be the driving force behind team performance, working closely with Business Analysts (BAs) and Project Managers (PMs) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities : Team Management & Support : Keep the team focused and energized to achieve project and operational targets. Monitor individual and team performance, providing support and guidance to foster growth. Assist team members with queries, ensuring they have a solid understanding of processes.Collaboration & Communication : Partner with BAs and PMs to provide constructive feedback and identify process improvement opportunities. Allocate work effectively across the team, ensuring balanced workloads and timely delivery.Performance & Efficiency : Track progress against targets and KPIs, proactively addressing any performance issues. Contribute to developing more efficient workflows and operational practices. Desirable Skills & Experience : Previous experience in a Team Leader or Operational Lead role. Strong understanding of business processes and operational workflows. Experience working with or alongside BAs and PMs. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
