We’re looking for a Packaging Technologist to join an innovative team in Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in packaging development to play a key role in the end-to-end execution of NPD (New Product Development) projects - from initial brief through to successful delivery. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work on medium- to high-complexity NPD projects, collaborating closely with Packaging Coordinators, Product Managers, suppliers, and the wider NPD team. Your responsibilities will include :

• Acting as the gatekeeper for Packaging NPD, ensuring all packaging activities are tracked and delivered on time and in full (OTIF)
• Developing accurate and fit-for-purpose packaging component specifications, cutter guides, and manufacturing sheets.
• Attending key NPD meetings and proactively identifying packaging risks or opportunities.
• Managing artwork approvals and component colour matches.
• Leading material and decoration testing plans, interpreting results, and proposing solutions.
