This short-term role will require someone to hit the ground running as the No.1 on site, managing day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth delivery of works during a critical phase of the project. Key Requirements :

• Proven experience as the lead Site Manager on residential developments
• Valid CSCS card
• SMSTS certification is essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site health & safety effectively What We’re Offering :
