A fast-growing AI-driven product company is hiring for several long-term, fully remote engineering positions. These roles are ideal for experienced developers located within one hour of Central European Time (CET ±1). The team is building tools used by millions globally and is looking for passionate engineers to help scale their platform.

Open Positions :

  • Senior Backend Engineer (Ruby on Rails)
  • Senior Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails + Frontend)
  • Mid–Senior Frontend-Focused Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

What You’ll Work On :

  • Building and scaling user-facing features and backend systems
  • Creating fast, interactive interfaces using Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus
  • Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams
  • Contributing to architectural decisions and code quality

    • What You Bring :

  • Solid experience with Ruby on Rails (3+ years for mid-level, 5+ for senior)
  • Proficiency with Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus
  • Experience working on large-scale applications
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
