Project Manager

Project Manager wanted for a busy Metalwork firm near Peterborough

• Focussing on the Architectural side of metalwork, our client specialises in Handrails / Balustrades, Staircases and general metalwork in Mild and Stainless. Working in the commercial sector, they have secured multiple projects throughout London with projects secured for the next two years. The ideal applicant will have extensive project management experience in Architectural Metalwork with a proven track record of successful delivery. You will be responsible for handling multiple projects from inception to completion for blue-chip clientele throughout London. Duties include :
• Scheduling of works;
• Risk Identification and management;
• Overall quality control;
• Responsibility to delivery on time and budget
• Meet and manage project expectations
• Liaising with all relevant parties to contract (workshop, site management, client side). We would prefer applicants with a CAD / drawing office background but will accept and consider all applicants. In return we offer :
• Salary Range £55,000-£65,000pa
• 28 days holiday
• Pension (NEST)
