To be the initial point of contact for customers and provide the highest standard of customer experience.

The Role :

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email providing outstanding customer service
• Be responsible for order processing recording data accurately
• Identify customer needs and upsell products when appropriate
• Support and collaborate with all departments to drive the success of the business.
• Proactively resolve any product or service issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
