Their nationally recognised Real Estate team is now looking for a Senior Solicitor or Legal Director with strong Landlord & Tenant expertise to play a key role in the continued growth of the department.

The Opportunity

As a senior member of the Real Estate team, you’ll manage a high-quality caseload of Landlord & Tenant matters spanning a range of sectors and deal values. Working alongside a collaborative and highly regarded team of Partners, Legal Directors, Solicitors, and support staff, you will :

• Advise clients on lease renewals, rent reviews, lease re-gears, property acquisitions and disposals, and refinancing
• Lead on strategic lease structuring and negotiation
• Provide commercially focused, pragmatic advice to a broad client base
• Work closely with the Corporate team on transactions involving business acquisitions, disposals, and reorganisations
• Take ownership of your work with autonomy and full client contact

This is an ideal role for a commercially minded and client-focused solicitor who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, growing team.

An existing client following is advantageous but not essential.
