A well-established maintenance contractor is seeking a reliable and hardworking general labourer to join their team on a project based in Blackburn. The role involves supporting general maintenance tasks across residential andmercial buildings. Your new role

With start dates from 7th July, you will be part of a maintenance team carrying out light duties such as patch painting, installing shower curtains, and moving furniture like mattresses and chairs. You’ll work closely with skilled tradespeople, assisting them in preparing residential ormercial spaces to a high standard. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, with working hours from 7 : 30am to 4 : 30pm, totalling 39–42 hours per week.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a maintenance or labouring environment. You’ll need to be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic. The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team is essential. Being based locally in or near Blackburn is ideal.

Driving Licence : desirable but not essential.
