Position : Revenue Growth Management Analyst

Location : Southwark London Hybrid

About the Position

Were looking for a commercially astute and analytically driven Revenue Growth Analyst to join our UKI team. In this exciting role youll support the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function in shaping commercial decision-making through insight analytics and strategic thinking.

Youll play a pivotal role in pricing promotional effectiveness and trade spend optimisation - delivering insight that fuels sustainable revenue growth across multiple categories and channels.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to grow within a fast-paced FMCG environment working cross-functionally with Sales Marketing Finance and Supply Chain.

Key responsibilities include :

Strategy & Planning

  • Support the RGM Lead in shaping and executing revenue growth strategies aligned to both short- and long-term business goals.
  • Assist with scenario planning and forecasting to evaluate commercial initiatives and market shifts.

Insight & Analytics

  • Gather analyse and interpret sales data market trends consumer insights and competitive intelligence to support the identification of revenue growth opportunities white spaces and key levers for profitable growth.
  • Maintain regular reports and dashboards that track KPIs related to revenue growth sales performance and trade spend efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with sales marketing finance category management and supply chain teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution of revenue growth initiatives.
  • Help build business cases and support decision-making across the commercial function.
  • Pricing & Promotions

  • Conduct analysis of price positioning elasticity and multi-buy strategies to recommend improvements.
  • Evaluate promotional activity effectiveness and support optimisation planning.
  • Trade Spend Management

  • Contribute to trade investment analysis ensuring budget is efficiently allocated for maximum ROI.
  • Identify opportunities for improved spend efficiency across the portfolio.
  • Capability Building & Best Practices

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools templates and processes that enhance revenue growth management capabilities across the business.
  • What Does It Take to Be Successful

    We are looking for a curious data-driven team player with a strong commercial mindset. You should have :

  • Early Commercial Experience : 24 years of experience (including internships) in FMCG consulting retail finance or related fields ideally within a Revenue Growth Management model.
  • Numerical and Analytical Skills : Confident working with data sets and drawing meaningful insights from them.
  • Technical Proficiency : Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Collaboration and Communication : A strong communicator who can present data clearly and work cross-functionally with energy and curiosity.
  • Growth Mindset : Eager to learn adaptable and enthusiastic about building a career in commercial strategy.
