Senior Risk Manager

We're looking for a Senior Risk Manager to join our Natural Resources team , within a travelling distance to Falmer . In this role, you'll manage risk for our 7-year, c£1bn framework with Southern Water .

Location : Hybrid working, split between the Falmer office, home, and sites / offices across the region

Hours : Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part-time hours may be available if desired, just let us know

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with the client to ensure their needs are met.
• Implement a standardised approach to risk management across the Framework to create efficiencies between projects and portfolios.
• Facilitate risk workshops and meetings, engaging with project teams to ensure effective risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and the supply chain to identify risks early, allocate responsibility, and track these throughout the framework, programme, and project lifecycle through mitigation plans considering intelligent risk management.
• Identify, amalgamate, and manage key risks through a combined Risk & Opportunity (R&O) register.
